We deliver to hotels, conferences, and any of our partner locations like Park N Cruise or Lots of Honor parking locations. Feel free to contact us if you’re not sure whether we deliver to your location.

If you’re cruising the following day, we prefer delivering the scooter the night before to one of our local hotels in the Port Canaveral area. If you are staying outside of the Port Canaveral area, please call (321) 593-0776 for the drop-off and pick-up arrangements.

Our scooters are equipped for most body types and frames, with a weight limit of 275 lbs. for our scooter rentals.

AS SOON AS YOU EXIT THE SHUTTLE AT THE TERMINAL: Your scooter is available for your immediate use. There are no unnecessary long walks from the terminal to your cabin!

UPON RETURNING:  Relax and exit your cruise ship comfortably by simply riding your scooter off the ship and out of the terminal. No need to leave your scooter rental in your cabin, only to realize that you still have a long walk to exit the ship. We will have a staff member waiting in a designated pick-up area.

Our scooters have a 21″ width and follow the cruise line guidelines, including the guidelines for Carnival, Norwegian, Royal Caribbean, and Disney. Each of the cruise lines have specific guidelines for both standard staterooms and modified staterooms. Please contact your cruise line to double check that your wheelchair or scooter can fit through the doorway of the room you’ve reserved.

Carnival: Passenger scooters must be stored in staterooms, not in the corridor. Standard staterooms accommodate scooters that fit a 21″ entry doorway. Modified staterooms accommodate scooters larger than 21″.

Norwegian: Standard staterooms accommodate scooters with a 26″ width. Accessible-designated staterooms are available for wider devices. All mobility devices must be stored in the stateroom and not in the corridors. 

Royal Caribbean: Standard staterooms accommodate devices up to 23″ wide. Modified staterooms can accommodate devices up to at least 32″ wide.

Disney: Standard staterooms accommodate devices up to 23″ wide. Modified staterooms can accommodate devices up to at least 32″ wide.

Our scooters will fit in ALL cabin doors. You do not need to reserve a handicap stateroom, since over-sized cabin doors are not necessary.

Yes! We encourage anyone looking for an assisted mobility device to use us for their rental. Our scooters are great for cruises, but they’re also perfect for vacations, conferences, and family and friend visits in our area. You can take them anywhere you want to go!

No security deposit required.
